My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with clean rooms well taken care of by the housekeeping staff. The bar with pool tables offered a nice touch, and the view and facilities were great. However, there were some issues with the room booking for a family and some elements showing signs of age.
I was really excited for our anniversary trip and chose this hotel for its great location by the beautiful beach and the fun family infinity pool. The rooms, unfortunately, were not up to par as there was filthy hair in the sinks and tubs, so we had to leave our luxury suits and didn't even end up sleeping at the property. The staff, however, was friendly and loving, always handling any stress with a smile despite long queues.
The hotel is located right in front of the beach, offering a spacious and clean room that provided a sense of privacy for my family. The service was exceptional, especially Jarvin at breakfast, and the hotel organized various activities throughout the day. The dining experience was a mix of average and disappointing choices. Overall, it was a great place to unwind at the end of the day.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were a bit old and not exactly like the pictures promised, but having a king bed and a spacious balcony with a sea view made it better. However, our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The service was extremely friendly, explaining everything with a smile and even bringing pancakes, french toast, or waffles every morning. The hotel's location was impressive, right in front of the beach and featuring a family infinity pool, but it showed its age in some areas. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some dishes being mouth-watering and others not meeting expectations. The facilities overall were satisfying.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but they were outdated and had a moldy smell. The private dining in the wine cellar was a unique touch, but I had to wait for my room to be available.
