I was really excited for our anniversary trip and chose this hotel for its great location by the beautiful beach and the fun family infinity pool. The rooms, unfortunately, were not up to par as there was filthy hair in the sinks and tubs, so we had to leave our luxury suits and didn't even end up sleeping at the property. The staff, however, was friendly and loving, always handling any stress with a smile despite long queues.
